The West Africa Projects Fair (WAPF) is an annual event which offers Rotary Clubs from 6 Rotary Districts in Western Africa (9101, 9102, 9110, 9125, 9141 and 9142) the opportunity to present humanitarian projects for review, funding and partnerships by Rotarians and friends of Rotary from across the world.
Participating countries includes: Nigeria (Host), Liberia, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Benin and Sierra Leone.

Club Registration
- The registration fee of US$350 entitles the club to register (below) 2 of its members free of charge, including 2 lunches and the closing dinner per member. The club will also be provided one display booth for its projects that will include 2 chairs and a table.

Individual Registration
- The registration fee of US$75 entitles the individual to register of 1 person, including 2 lunches and the closing dinner per member. The individual will also be provided one display booth for his/her projects that will include a chair and a table.

WAPF Registration Access
PARTICIPATION AND PROJECT SUBMISSION:
Each participating Rotary Club is required to submit four projects according to the categories below.
CATEGORY A: A project that can be financed without the support of the Rotary Foundation. This project would be between $ 1,000 and $ 7,500 (this is a project funded by the club)
CATEGORY B: A project that can be funded by a district grant. It would be a project between $ 5,000 and $ 10,000.)
CATEGORY C: No more than two global grant projects, one of which must not exceed $ 75,000 in total funding, including club, DDF and Global Fund funding.
