About the Host Organizing Committee

The Host Organizing Committee (HOC) is the team entrusted with the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of the West Africa Project Fair (WAPF) 2026.

Comprising experienced Rotarians, and dedicated volunteers from across the host district, the Committee works closely with Rotary International, the Host Organizing Committee, participating districts, strategic partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and government agencies to ensure a world-class event.
